ARTICULATED OPERATOR FOR HINGED GATES

REDUCED BASE ELECTROMECHANICAL UNIT WITH A 24 Vac MOTOR
The system is composed of an integral "master" unit and a "slave" geared motor driving the second hinged gate. The gate position is encoder controlled and self-programming thus reducing installation times to a minimum and optimising the programming procedure. This compact well-organized unit houses an efficient 24V motor and a robust high performance 4-stage geared reduction unit lubricated using permanently fluid grease. The reduction unit contains a release system that separates the gears from the gate allowing it to be manoeuvred manually. The master unit is fitted with an electronic programmer with an inbuilt receiver module and a microcontroller managed battery charger plus special Cardin emergency batteries NiMH 24V. The automation features a robust cast aluminium operator arm with self-lubricating joints. The extremely small base (L max 171 mm) has a practical counter plate fastening system that allows fine adjustments and levelling before the motor is fitted to the column. Reversible and self-locking versions are available. Both versions are fitted with a key operated release system.
